Portfolio Analyst II
The Portfolio Analyst II plays a key role in supporting and improving portfolio management practices across the organization. This mid-level role involves independently managing portions of the IT portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to process improvements and reporting. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in project and portfolio management and is ready to take on more responsibility and leadership.   In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Independently manage portions of the IT portfolio and support prioritization and planning efforts.

Lead the development and reporting of portfolio critical metrics and dashboards.

Collaborate with global teams to improve portfolio management processes and tools.

Mentors junior analysts and contributes to team development.

Support resource planning and capacity management across multiple projects.

Ensure alignment of portfolio activities with organizational goals and strategies.

Assist in the development of business cases and benefit realization tracking.

Facilitate cross-functional meetings as applicable and contribute to strategic planning discussions.

Support change management and communication efforts related to portfolio initiatives.

Other duties as required.

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. +3 years of proven experience in portfolio or project management. Must have sophisticated oral and written English skills (B2 minimum). Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools and practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complexity. Effective communication and partner engagement skills. Experience with portfolio reporting and data visualization tools. Comfort working in a global, cross-functional environment. Willingness to occasionally work across time zones with consideration for work-life balance. Ability to travel occasionally (0–10%) with advance notice. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Project Management or Agile certifications preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate across teams.
