Portfolio Analyst
The role is varied by nature across the main themes of portfolio and asset management: fund performance, reporting, financials, tenant relations, valuations, asset enhancement strategies, renovation projects, property management, ESG…

The position is focused on providing support to the Fund Manager and the Asset Management team, covering +40 prime high street retail properties located in the principal cities in continental Europe

How you'll spend your time..

Assist in the monitoring and performance analysis of real estate investment portfolios.Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for internal teams and investors (fund performance, asset KPIs, benchmark comparisons, etc.)Maintain and update portfolio models, including cash flow projections, and scenario analysisSupport the preparation of quarterly investor reports, business plans, and investment committee presentationsControls the quality and coherency of general property management data in collaboration with the property management coordinator and the local property managers, including tenancy schedules, lease expiry profiles, capex budgets, non-recoverable costs and arrears. Prepares and optimizes overall dashboards as required. Collaborate with asset managers to ensure accurate and timely data input and alignment between asset-level and portfolio-level informationLiaise with fund administration, valuation teams, and external service providersMonitor and analyze market trends and macroeconomic data to inform portfolio strategyCoordinates the collection of ESG data from various service providers for the ESG reporting.

To be successful in this role you will have.. 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field1–4 years’ experience in real estate asset management, investment management, or financial analysisStrong analytical and quantitative skills; experience in financial modelingProficient in Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Argus, Yardi, or similar tools is an assetExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other European languages are a plusTeam player with strong attention to detailA genuine interest in real estate investment and portfolio management

The position involves occasional travels in continental Europe.
