Our client, a leading entity in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Grounds Keeper to join their team. As a Grounds Keeper, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting the overall upkeep and aesthetic of the grounds. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Grounds Keeper

Location: Columbus, GA

Pay Range: $18/hour

Shift: Day shift, may include weekends

What's the Job?

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor spaces. Perform landscaping tasks including planting, pruning, and mowing. Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working condition. Assist with seasonal maintenance and preparation of grounds. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Good communication skills to collaborate with team members. Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment is a plus.
