OUR TEAM

Our Explosive Ordnance Services (EOS) team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for growth.

Within our logistics services business there are 17+ depots throughout Australia, allowing various development and progression opportunities.

YOUR ROLE

Are you an experienced operations or logistics leader with a passion for safety, team development, and compliance? We are seeking a proactive and skilled Site Manager to oversee our Point Wilson facility. In this critical role, you’ll manage daily site operations, ensure rigorous safety and security standards, and lead a dedicated team, all while supporting the growth and operational excellence of the site.

Operate and manage the Point Wilson facility

Lead, motivate, and manage the site team to ensure effective resource allocation and operational success

Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, government agencies, and service providers

Oversee and maintain security, quality, safety, and environmental compliance

Manage operational support (wharf shipping, storage, distribution, and maintenance) and ensure depot preparedness for emergencies

Develop and maintain workforce capability and succession planning to meet site needs

Administer local recruitment, staff development, and performance management processes

Provide up-to-date information to management on revenue opportunities, customer needs, market changes, and compliance matters

Maintain documentation, process improvements, system design, and quality standards as part of ongoing business improvement

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Diploma of Business (Logistics Management) or equivalent (or ability to obtain)

Strong background in logistics and multi-mode transport operations

Proven experience in leading and developing teams, with sound business and personnel management abilities

Previous experience in Defence and/or EO supply chain would be highly advantageous
