As the Population Health Specialist for aT1D in D, you will be primarily responsible to drive the Global people-at-risk screening, monitoring & infrastructure strategy in Norway for a first-in-class therapy in Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes. Reporting to the Population Health Strategy Lead for North Europe, this role is positioned to realize the ambition for T1D and contribute to the overall future success of Sanofi. The position will belong to a team of Population Health Specialists, each of whom will be responsible for covering different areas across North Europe.
The OpportunityJoin our groundbreaking new team of Population Health Specialists in North Europe for the launch of our first-in-class transformative therapy in Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes (AT1D). This role offers the unique opportunity to accelerate early diagnosis of AT1D and shape the future of diabetes care in Norway.
Your Impact on the future of AT1D care in NorwayReporting to the Population Health Strategy Lead for North Europe, you will:
Map the AT1D patient journey, screening ecosystem and referral pathways in Norway and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance them
Drive screening, monitoring, and infrastructure strategies to identify people at-risk of AT1D
Expand screening pathways from studies via first-degree relatives- to general population screening
Identify opportunities to improve screening accessibility and reimbursement
Develop compelling screening narratives tailored to different stakeholders, such as HCP’s, payers, PAG’s, patients and families
Build strategic partnerships (in close collaboration with the x-functional team) with diagnostic companies and data providers to accelerate the identification of people at risk
About YouEducation & Experience:
Master's degree or PhD in Life Sciences and/or Marketing/Public Affairs
Public Policy background with relevant stakeholder network
Experience in pharmaceutical/diagnostic organizations
Launch experience in Specialty Care/Rare Disease/Vaccines/Type 1 Diabetes (preferred)
