Responsibilities:

Organizes, mines, and deeply analyzes data to draw conclusions and develop insights that enable strong decision-making and improvements for business units within the population health services organization. Utilizes statistical methods and data modeling to produce reports and dashboards. Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and requirements. Working knowledge of data migration and integration across datasets and technology platforms. Supports development and enhancements of population health applications in partnership with the population health services organization’s vendors as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a Related Field is required AND 6 years data visualization or programming OR Master's degree in Related Field AND 2 years relevant experience. Proficiency with data reporting and visualization (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx), standard query language (e.g., SQL), and/or statistical programming languages (e.g., SAS, SPSS, R, Python) is required.
