Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of swimming pools and spas, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and emptying baskets.Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.) and adjust chemical levels as needed.Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators; perform minor repairs or replacements.Diagnose mechanical issues and communicate major repair needs to management or clients.Maintain accurate records of work performed and chemicals used.Provide exceptional customer service and answer basic client questions about pool care.Follow company safety protocols and local health regulations.Maintain cleanliness and organization of service vehicle and tools.
Work Experience
Prior experience in pool service, maintenance, or related field preferred.Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.Knowledge of water chemistry and pool equipment is a plus.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Good communication and customer service skills.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pool Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and repair of residential and/or commercial swimming pools and spas. You will ensure pools are operating safely, efficiently, and meet health code standards.
