Position Summary

The Outdoor Pool Deck Lead supervises daily operations of the outdoor pool which includes: safety of all members, overall member experience, lifeguards, supervisors, bistro supervisor, outdoor member services and pool deck attendants. They are in charge of making sure the outdoor pool experience complies to SOP.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Engages with members to build positive relationshipsEnsures Team Members are delivering quality member experienceEnsures the pool area remains clean and in like new conditionOrganizes and oversees all outdoor pool events

Position Requirements

High School Diploma or GED1 to 2 years of related experienceCPR for Adult, Child and Infant (obtain within 60 days)First Aid (obtain within 60 days)

1 to 3 years of management experience1 to 3 years of customer service experienceAbility to make decisions quickly and easilySelf starter, reliable, responsible and dedicatedAbility to swim and maintain alertness at all times
