Pool Concierge Responsibilities
\nAs a Pool Concierge, you will serve as a key point of contact for guests and VIP guests throughout their stay at the hotel, providing information about the hotel and its surroundings.
\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs a Pool Concierge, you will be responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests, ensuring exceptional service at all times. You will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\n\nServe as a key point of contact for guests and efficiently respond to their inquiries.
\n\n\nProvide information, advice, and booking services for a wide variety of guest inquiries, including pool activities, restaurant reservations, recreational activities, and more.
\n\n\nProcess and deliver messages for guests.
\n\n\nManage and safely store guest belongings in the pool area.
\n\n\nStay current with all hotel services, daily VIP requests, and special events.
\n\n\nEnsure orderliness and safety guidelines around the pool area and surrounding spaces.
\n\n\nProvide support to management as needed, especially in emergency situations.
\n\n\nProject a professional demeanor with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service.
\n\n\nMaintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment.
\n\n\nAct in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front-of-house equipment and property management systems.
