What We’re Looking For:
+ Two year college preferred or related health field experience, required;
+ Licensure/Certification: Registered Polysomnographic Technologist. Registered with NC Medical Board. Required.
+ Minimum of two years of experience in a sleep center, required.
+ Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Qualifications
+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
+ Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a sleep center, required.
+ Licensure/Certification: Registered Polysomnographic Technologist, required.
+ Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing; good communication skills, medical terminology, previous experience with computers, manual dexterity and the capacity to deal with visual concepts; initiative and judgment to proceed with work without constant supervision; high degree of patience and understanding in dealing with unusual situations; ability to work flexible nighttime schedule; basic ECG recognition; general understanding of the concepts of polysomnography.
