Description
We are seeking a Policy Service Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our annuity and life insurance operations. This individual will provide exceptional service and communication to clients and carriers while managing a variety of administrative and customer service tasks with a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable navigating new challenges as part of a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and carriers, effectively handling phone communications, emails, and other correspondence.
• Proactively update clients on the status of their applications and follow up with carriers within 1-2 business days.
• Process and review incoming leads, scrub application details for accuracy, and ensure proper follow-through on administrative tasks.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and contribute to special projects or initiatives as assigned by leadership.
• Utilize various computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, to manage client data, generate reports, and track progress.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor while providing solutions to client inquiries and addressing potential issues.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail when processing information or updating records.
• Always represent the company’s values through consistent professionalism and outstanding communication.
Requirements
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and processes and take direction effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for personal and professional growth.
• Exceptional attention to detail, patience, and the ability to maintain focus under pressure.
• Experience handling phone communications and providing superior customer service.
• Flexibility to work on special projects and adjust to changing priorities within the role.
