About the Role
Responsible for providing after-sales support to policy-related administrative processesSupervise POS Individual team with BAU activities (including but not limited to assessing and completing requests from clients, tracking and managing premium collection and refund, managing and clearing customers screening AML, high risk…)In charge of project/product development for POS individual life policiesConduct POS Individual quality assurance control and breach escalation controlConduct data analysis for Operational riskReport to Group Office on monthly basis / ad hoc/ quarterly basisMonitor and manage CX GOEInitiate plans to improve operational efficiency of POS Individual TeamConduct refresher trainings regularly team members and distributions teamsHandle other tasks assigned by Line Manager and Functional HeadBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
