Policy Enforcement Manager, Trust and Safety, YouTube
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or in a related field. Preferred qualifications: + Experience in operations including vendor management, workflow optimization, process design or optimization or management consulting. + Proficiency in data analytics and ability to work with large datasets, query multiple data sources, and perform analyses to track performance metrics and drive operational improvements. + Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, define successful approaches, and solve problems across cross-functional teams. + Excellent organizational, people management, and project management skills with effective attention to detail. As a Policy Enforcement Manager, you will be part of a global team with exposure across all of Trust and Safety’s verticals, as well as a close partnership with YouTube feature product teams. In this role, you will lead YouTube’s Trust and Safety operations for Livestream, which operates for our vendor workforce. In addition, you will also oversee Operations for several products as part of our Cross Policy business, which features a portfolio of agents, queues, and languages. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together. + Lead Enforcement and Operations Management for YouTube Livestream, New Products and Cross Policy workflows. Set up and optimize vendor workflows, defining clear processes and operational guidelines to improve efficiency. + Conceive of, design and drive to completion projects that result in significant workflow/process improvements. Design and implement performance metrics, analyze operational data for insights, and proactively address gaps to drive efficiency process improvements and automation. + Manage escalations with fast turn-around time to define the best plan and provide timely updates to executives. Partner with teams across Product, Business Analysts, Vendor Operations and Engineering to solve complex problems and drive innovations. + Identify automation and efficiency opportunities using drive data driven strategies.
