As a Policy Enforcement Manager, you will work with global teams to prevent violative content from appearing on the site. You will evaluate abuse trends and quality within vendor operations and develop creative solutions to address quality, workflows, and processes. You will also review decisions about the appropriateness of different content, including considerations of cultural and political sensitivities. You will review graphic, controversial, and offensive video content in line with YouTube’s community guidelines. You will be required to work on-call on weekends and holidays. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
