Required Qualifications\:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
•    Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Policy Analyst or similar role, preferably in the Health care sector.
•    Strong understanding of government processes, legislative frameworks, and policy analysis techniques.
•    Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
•    Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable recommendations.
•    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
•    Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all work.
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•    A can-do attitude.

Preferred Qualifications\:
•    Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare).
•    Experience working on a team.
•    Familiarity with data analysis and statistical methods.
•    Track record of policy advocacy or public affairs work.
•    Proficiency in [relevant software/tools] for data analysis and visualization.
