The Poker Training Manager develops, manages, coordinates and presents training and staffing development programs for hourly, supervisory, and manager levels of team members for the Poker Department.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret training needs and results.Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures. Casino is a 24/7 high energy environment with bright lights, noise, exposure to smoke and alcohol.Ability to lead and mentor a teamBroad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule. May require extended hours across all shifts to provided training and service to all team members.Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive office. QualificationsMust-Haves:
Must have at least three (3) years of Poker managerial experienceMust have at least two (2) years of training experienceDemonstrate knowledge and understanding of poker operations and current industry trendsA 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.Physical Requirements:
The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts, including late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays.Ability to work extended hours across all shifts in a 24/7 work environment.Ability to be exposed to alcohol, smoke, bright lights, and noise.Ability to walk up and down 31 stairs to the Casino floor.
