THE JOB:
As a Poker Supervisor, you will take the lead in creating an exhilarating atmosphere in the Poker Room while overseeing the daily activities of our vibrant team! Your dedication to quality service will ensure that every guest has a thrilling experience, whether they’re a seasoned pro or a first-time player. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Supervise assigned operational functions consistent with the strategic plan, the fiscal budget, and the company’s short term and long-term profitability objectives

Supervise the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes

Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction

Actively listen to employees and customers for input to provide ideas and suggestions for new products, services, technology and processes to ensure company’s competitive position and in anticipation of changing customer  needs

Greet players and maintain the list for seating them into the poker games

Explain games and procedures and assist the guests with any necessary requests

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High School Diploma or GED

2+ Years of Prior Relevant Poker Dealer or Supervisor Experience

Able to deal poker shifts as needed
