ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members.

Deal poker games accurately and efficiently while following established game procedures.

Handle chip and cash transactions quickly and correctly.

Observe or receive wagers and settle outcomes in accordance with poker rules.

Maintain game integrity and protect company assets at all times.

Ensure guests understand the rules of the game and adhere to poker room policies.

Collect rake and promotional funds according to guidelines.

Serve as chip runner as needed.

Deal in poker tournaments as assigned.

Notify Table Games leadership of any irregularities or guest concerns outside your authority.

Provide guests with game instructions upon request.

Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Completion of dealer training or previous casino dealing experience required.

Must be fast and accurate in handling chips and cash.

Six (6) months of customer service experience preferred.

Must successfully complete an audition demonstrating dealing proficiency.

Must have strong math skills and the ability to compute outcomes quickly.

Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
