The Account Manager is responsible for contributing to the growth of Radiometer Pacific through best-in-class support of our products and services across New South Wales. Working together with a well-established and highly experienced team your success will be supported through collaboration and ongoing development. You will have the ability to impact Radiometer’s drive towards improving global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
Location: This position reports to the Sales Manager and is part of the Sales organisation located in Sydney and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, providing support to customers in line with territory business development plans which will be measured by territory budgets and KPI’s.
Actively identify, pursue and develop new and existing accounts in the territory.
Plan and schedule face-to-face account calls to current and potential end-users of Radiometer products throughout the assigned sales territory.
Introduce new products and programs. Provide feedback to sales and marketing management on market acceptance.
Maintain and manage existing RPAC customer relationships, promote the Radiometer brand, proactively seek out opportunities for service delivery, improvement.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelors Degree in Science, Business or related areas.
A minimum of 3 years sales experience in the medical diagnostics industry.
Understanding of the Public Health system in Australia.
Technical or sales experience in blood gas and immunoassay equipment or similar products.
Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, high attention to detail and self-driven attitude.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
Ability to travel – up to 15 % travel including overnight stays within territory, national meetings and other events requiring travel.
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 10kg.
