Position Summary:
Maintain and install pneumatic tube systems within the Hospitals and satellite facilities. Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures. No patient care assignment.
Detailed responsibilities:
* INSTALLATION & MAINT - Install, repair and maintain pneumatic tube systems and components
* RECORDS - Maintain records pertinent to the operation of pneumatic tube systems
* TOOLS & EQUIPMENT - Maintain all hospital owned tools in safe operating condition and reports any unsafe tools needing repair to the supervisor
* SAFETY - Observe all safety rules and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment
* RELATED WORK - Perform related duties and responsibilities as required

* Valid New Mexico Driver's License
* UNM Vehicle Operator's Permit w/in 60 days

Very Heavy Work: Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects or people. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Heavy Work.
