Key job responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term evaluation strategy for Health Assistant, establishing metrics that align with customer needs and business objectives
- Drive the product roadmap for evaluation tools, methodologies, and infrastructure that support rapid iteration and deployment of features
- Partner with cross-functional teams including ML Scientists, Software Engineers, Clinicians, and Compliance teams to ensure evaluation frameworks meet both technical and healthcare standards
- Identify opportunities to leverage Amazon's scale and data assets to improve health assistant evaluation capabilities
