The opportunity:
AIA now have a fantastic opportunity for a PMO Reporting Analyst to join our team in Melbourne.
As the PMO Reporting Analyst, you will blend your technical skills, analytical abilities and strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively report on project and portfolio performance.
To do this successfully you will:
Monitor and evaluate project financial data to track progress, identify risks and ensure alignment with strategic prioritiesAssist in the governance and oversight of project execution and status reporting (schedule, project financials, resource utilisation and benefits) by identifying trends, inconsistencies and highlighting areas of concerns or issuesWork closely with project and program managers to maintain accurate reporting and performance metrics to assess project and portfolio healthCreate ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support portfolio decision-makingMonitor and evaluate project financial data to track progress, identify risks and ensure alignment with strategic prioritiesMonitor project health and identify potential risks and issuesSupport the PMO team in the preparation of reporting packs for relevant governance forumsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, project managers, delivery leadership and team membersContribute to continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, templates and standardsSuccessful applications will demonstrate:
Experience in a PMO analyst and project coordinator role within professional services, financial services or insurance industryExperience in project financials, forecasting and benefits trackingAdvanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and portfolio/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similarA strong understanding of project governance, strategic planning and delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)The ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholdersWhy choose AIA:
