PMO Project Co-ordinator provides support to projects working under the direction of the PMO Manager to whom they are assigned
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
Assisting the PMO in the development and maintenance for the appropriate business management tools, other relevant methodologies, tools, templates, documentation and reporting to support the successful delivery of projectsLiaising with the PMO, Risk and Integrated Planning Managers to support the implementation of best practice Project Control and Risk Management across the bids, projects and the businessActively working on project plans, issue & change management logs, risk & opportunity registers, project management information & data gathering, milestone tracking & customer and other stakeholder monthly reporting to support the successful delivery of projectsManaging bid and project maturity trackers across PMO / PM artifacts and presenting status to management & senior stakeholdersABOUT YOU
Degree in Business Management or related subject desirableAn understanding of Project Management methodologies.Good written and verbal communication skills.Good organisational skills.Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.Proficiency in the use of Google softwareThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
