Responsibilities Make an impact Single project management and project portfolio management process implementation and optimization through close collaboration with stakeholder on different level and functions, verify, consolidate, and follow up on new project requests, roadmaps and running project plans as a proactive supporting, consulting, and governance role, preparation, set up and execution of project and portfolio planning, reporting, KPI and steering platforms, continuous improvement of PMO-processes and tools aiming the transparency of current projects, roadmap, business case status through KPIs and efficient decision taking, creating process and tool checklists and documents, conduct and moderate project and program steering meeting, verifying, and aligning resource capacity planning as well as implementation of project changes, ensure project management, process and tool standards are being executed across the R&D project portfolio, develop reports, dashboard, or data bank queries, evaluate business needs, tool workflows and support in rolling out Microsoft Power Platform. Application Requirements What you need to succeed BSc or MSc degree in technical, economic, or financial field, 2+ years of experience in project and program management or consulting, profound knowledge of project management methods, in best case with project management certification and a fundamental understanding of specialist demands on PMO very good level in processes, conceptual, and strategic skills, good knowledge is an advantage in SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Project Online, Microsoft Power Platform (BI, Apps, Automate…), high level moderation and communication skills in English (German is an advantage).
