This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to ensure successful project outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** + **Project Leadership** : Lead and manage desktop refresh projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with organizational goals. + **Stakeholder Management** : Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations. + **Resource Coordination** : Collaborate with IT, various IT vendors, and other departments to allocate resources effectively and ensure project milestones are met. + **Risk Management** : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues proactively. + **Process Improvement** : Continuously assess and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. + **Reporting & Documentation** : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and post-project evaluations. **Qualifications** + **Education** : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. + **Experience** : Minimum of 8 years in project management, with at least 5 years in a PMO environment. + **Certifications** : PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification preferred. + **Technical Skills** : Familiarity with desktop hardware, operating systems, and IT infrastructure. + **Software Proficiency** : Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite. + **Communication Skills** : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences. **Preferred Skills** + Experience managing desktop refresh projects in a corporate environment. + Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. **Requisition ID** : 31114
