We are seeking a **PMO Leader,** responsible for providing action-oriented leadership to drive the delivery of our motion solutions. The PMO Leader will serve as the key representative and spokesperson for the PMO and will be accountable for PMO strategy, capabilities, long range goals and objectives along with achievement of objectives for service performance and schedule. The PMO Leader will be responsible for the maturity and optimization of the portfolio of projects across the company. This position requires the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization, establish and execute to project schedules, clearly communicate project status, and manage project priorities and risks. At times and when the situation allows, you may travel to customer sites to gain a better understanding and drive success.
Key Requirements:
+ The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience successfully managing multiple projects concurrently.
+ Bachelor’s degree and ten (10) years or more of related experience in an industrial product environment.
+ Strong skills with Visual Project Management (VPM), MS Office products, Jira, and Microsoft SharePoint and Teams
+ 5 years of project management experience for complex projects
+ Demonstrated track record of working toward pre-determined long-range goals and objectives.
+ Experience in full portfolio and program management
+ Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities:
+ Creation of the Program Management Office including supporting processes, procedures, and organizational interfaces.
+ Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and supporting resources in support of PMO activities.
+ Managing the overall Portfolio of Projects.
+ Manage, maintain and update the product development processes including VPM, SCRUM, Agile, APD.
+ Supporting Business Case development, financial analysis and benefits definitions for projects and programs.
+ Manage resource allocation tracking for efficient deployment and utilization on projects
+ Manage the PPG process including monthly meeting agenda and post meeting communications.
+ Provide training on processes and tools under the PMOs responsibility.
+ Support and manage the project portfolio mix strategy to support business goals.
+ Support of selling activities, including generating new proposals.

+ Demonstrated science and/or engineering aptitude.
+ Ability to interact with customers to ensure transparency in project deliverables/time frames.
+ Strong, collaborative leadership presence amongst peers and subordinates.
+ Structured, process-based approach and ability to get things done in a matrix organization.
+ Excellent, articulate verbal and written communication skills.
+ Meticulous attention to detail and a keen awareness of project requirements and deadlines.
+ Desirable: engineering qualification

**Bonus or Equity**
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
**Pay Range**
The salary range for this position in local currency is 101500.00 - 188500.00
