Overview: The PMO Governance/Resource Demand Analyst is responsible for partnering with Portfolio Leads and IT leaders to establish and manage the governance structure, processes, and tools for the efficient and successful execution of projects. In addition, this role is responsible for leading the coordination and optimization of resource allocation to meet evolving project demands. This strategic role is critical in driving operational excellence by ensuring the right resources are aligned to the right projects at the right time. This role makes process and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) recommendations to portfolio leaders to improve project management outcomes; documents processes and procedures and trains project managers, resource managers, vendors, etc.; assists with hiring and onboarding of project managers; contributes to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and partnership with a willingness to proactively coach, facilitate, share knowledge, and be the role model and advocate for a changing technology organization.
