As a PMO Coordinator at Segula Technologies, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of engineering and technology projects across various sectors such as automotive, transport, and energy. You will assist in maintaining project governance, tracking progress, and supporting project managers with tools, reporting, and coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
PMO Support: Assist in maintaining PMO processes and tools to support consistent project delivery across multiple workstreams.Governance & Compliance: Help implement and monitor project management standards, including scope, risk, and change management practices.Project Monitoring: Support Project Managers in maintaining project registers and dashboards.Reporting: Prepare and update project reports and financial summaries for internal stakeholders and finance teams.Invoicing & Purchase Orders: Coordinate with project managers to gather invoicing data, review purchase orders, and assist in supplier invoice processing.Timesheet Reconciliation: Support monthly timesheet reviews to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.Quality Checks: Support internal audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to company and client standards.Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for improving project delivery processes and tools.Team Support: Provide administrative and coordination support to project managers and engineers, helping them navigate PMO tools and practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree qualified in Business, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.Some experience in project coordination, cost controls, or PMO roles, ideally within an engineering consulting environment.Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Excel, MS project, PowerBI or similar).Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset with attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
