About Your Role

Our Above Water Systems team provides engineering & maintenance services to Royal Australian Navy vessels and commercial ships. We’re proud to bolster Australia’s sovereign capability through operational support to our defence partners. With ongoing training programs and a team of over 500, our people have room to grow and develop an impactful career with us.

Located centrally in Woolloomooloo your role purpose will be:

Maintain PMO monthly cycle for on-time project delivery.Support project management structures and baselines.Assist Bid Manager in document production.Administer document repository (e.g., SharePoint).Create document templates and offer user guidance.Coordinate Bid Review actions and track author progress.Aid in response production and tender submission.Support post-bid activities: archive, audit, report.Enhance Bid Team processes with new tools.Provide admin support for projects.Maintain project records and file systems.Ensure timely delivery of project artifacts.Assist with reporting and meeting preparations.Handle travel arrangements and cost reconciliation.Process purchase requests and receipts.Coordinate business events and functions.

How about you?

Business Administration, Engineering, TAFE Certificate, or equivalent experience.PMO experience over the full project lifecycle activities.Excellent teamwork skills with a positive and helpful spirit.Excellent written and oral communication skills.
