About the role
As a core member of the Transformation team, the PMO administrator will provide project support on Built To last Project providing teams with relevant information and reports. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will be a key enabler for consistent governance on our Transformation initiatives.
As a PMO Administrator you will be responsible for
• Providing a comprehensive and effective administrative service to the Transformation team including providing meeting support, documenting and following up on actions, and dealing with ad-hoc queries.
• In adherence with the PMO governance framework, ensures that all project related information and documentation is logged, version-controlled, maintained, monitored and filed appropriately.
• Coordinates the collation of reports from project teams and produces summary reports and packs for key events.
• Maintains systems for the recording of all project data – meeting cadence terms of reference, timesheets, POs, costs etc.
• Maintains risks, actions, issues, change and dependency registers.

About you
We are looking for an individual capable of helping Charlotte Tilbury coordinate and execute a consistent level of governance for cross functional transformation initiatives. You will ideally have past experience of working within a PMO function enabling project teams to operate effectively and efficiently.
You will currently be working in a PMO role or looking to move into a Project Management role in the future for which this role will provide valuable insight for career development.
Key selection criteria
·Retail sector experience, preferably in FMCG.
·Interest in project delivery, ideally having participated in project execution and governance.
·Attention to detail – PMO operates as the central governance for projects and programmes providing guidance and ensuring activities are undertaken to high standards.
·Organisational skills – ability to manage many different tasks, often at the same time, whilst keeping people informed. The project environment lends itself to anyone who loves working in a busy environment with lots of competing deadlines.
·Communications skills – the role of the PMO Administrator is a people-based role and there are numerous people who look to the PMO Administrator as the central hub for information, help and guidance. The ability to communicate effectively and clearly provides a level of confidence to those people from whom information is required to complete tasks.
·Analytical skills – with the amount of reporting that happens on a project, the PMO Administrator must be proficient in spreadsheets.
