Main ResponsibilitiesExecute medical and scientific strategies for the Vietnam PMED portfolio in alignment with franchise and cross-functional teamsAct as a strategic medical partner to the organization with strong business acumenLead integrated evidence planning, including data gaps analysis and stakeholder insightsDrive medical projects that elevate standards of care and influence clinical practiceMaintain in-depth expertise in the therapy area and competitive landscapeCollaborate closely with marketing, market access, health economics, regulatory, and clinical teamsBuild and sustain scientific partnerships with external experts and above-country colleaguesLead the creation of impactful medical content, leveraging digital and omnichannel toolsChampion the patient voice in all strategies and engagementsCoach and mentor team members to support medical excellence across the organization

About YouMedical degree (MD or equivalent) preferred; PhD or PharmD also consideredIndustry and/or clinical experience essential, ideally with vaccines exposureStrong understanding of clinical development, RWE, and data generation processesAble to navigate ambiguity with a solution-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and scientific engagement skillsProficiency in omnichannel tools and adapting communication to HCP preferencesExperience in sharing HCP insights compliantly to shape cross-functional strategies
