Job DescriptionTeam Leadership & Development
Lead and manage the Manufacturing Engineering team.
Define and update procedures, methodologies, and best practices per corporate guidelines.
Plan staffing based on project workload forecasts.
Create onboarding and training programs for new hires.
Maintain a team skills matrix and build annual training plans.
Drive team maturity through the APSYS roadmap.
Industrialization Standards & Methodologies
Deploy standards including Method Time, EHS, Ergonomics, and Work Instructions.
Implement methodologies such as ICONE, P-FMEA, Control Plans, QRQC, and Task Sequencing.
Utilize industrial IS tools (PLM/DELMIA, ERP/GSI, MES).
Project & Product Industrialization
Collaborate with PIMs to monitor industrial deliverables.
Support team in activities like P-FMEA and internal FAIs.
Ensure high-quality deliverables and accurate master data.
Ensure adherence to ergonomics, EHS rules, and special process standards.
Production Support
Identify and address specific Method support needs.
Assist in first article manufacturing.
Organize and execute productivity improvement actions.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience in manufacturing/production).
Proficient in English (read, written, spoken).
Preferred Experience & Skills:
5+ years in Manufacturing or Manufacturing Engineering (railway industry preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of Process Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, line balancing, and writing work instructions.
ERP system experience (e.g., SAP) – BOMs, Routings, Configurations.
Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (CATIA, DELMIA).
Familiar with EHS standards, Ergonomics, and Quality systems.
Experience with tools like FMEA and QRQC.
