Job Description We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Change Manager to lead the development and implementation of a 10-year roadmap for Data Valuation Calculations within the Gas Asset Management team. This role will be instrumental in aligning data management initiatives with broader business objectives, driving innovation through AI automation, and managing change across teams and technologies. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities:  Develop and manage a comprehensive 10-year strategic roadmap for data valuation and risk calculation initiatives.  Lead change management efforts across teams, ensuring alignment with evolving business strategies and technological advancements.  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including banking sector contacts, to benchmark data evaluation practices and validate proof-of-concept (POC) models.  Support the integration of AI automation and enterprise tools (e.g., Informatica) into valuation workflows.  Coordinate with the internal AI team to ensure data readiness and integration for phase two testing and POC delivery.  Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between data engineers, analysts, and business leaders to ensure successful adoption of new systems and methodologies.  Monitor and report on progress, risks, and outcomes related to roadmap execution and change initiatives. Skills and Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Change Management, Data Strategy, or a related field.  7+ years of experience in change management, strategic planning, or transformation leadership roles.  Proven experience managing long-term strategic initiatives, preferably in the utility or energy sector.  Strong understanding of data valuation, risk analysis, and AI-driven automation.  Familiarity with tools such as Python, Power BI, and enterprise platforms like Informatica.  Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills. ________________________________________ Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).  Experience working with AI and data science teams.  Knowledge of regulatory and operational frameworks in the gas utility industry. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
