**Duration: 12+ Months** **Note: Hybrid, 3 days/week in office*** Manager open for two locations: **Charlotte, NC 28202 /** **Raleigh, NC 27601** **Looking for a Product Manager or Product Analyst with strong experience in spreadsheets, customer journey mapping and data analysis with Banking & energy clients.** **Job Description:** + Reporting to our Solutions Development organization, this is a critical function that takes new ideas for regulated Demand Response programs through client Innovation Framework to bring to the market. + This involves the understanding of demand-side management technologies, estimating participation and financial impact, and building a business case. + Key skills would include the evaluation of risk, program feasibility and viability, making and validating business assumptions, determining operating models, building customer journey maps and go-to-market plans. + In some cases, vendors will need to be evaluated and selected through established sourcing processes. + Along the way, the project manager will need to meet regulatory requirements and drive stakeholder buy-in.
