We are a well-established plumbing contractor serving Hospital, commercial, and industrial clients across the Triad region. With a reputation for quality workmanship and reliable service, we’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled Plumbing Foreman to lead projects and crews in the triad area.


Position Overview

As Plumbing Foreman, you’ll oversee plumbing installations and repairs on job sites, manage a team of plumbers and apprentices, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to code. This is a leadership role requiring technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.


ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate plumbing crews on residential and commercial job sitesRead and interpret blueprints, plans, and specificationsEnsure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulationsSchedule inspections and coordinate with other tradesMonitor project progress and report to project managersTrain and mentor junior staffMaintain inventory and order materials as neededQualificationsValid NC Plumbing License (P1 or P2 preferred)5+ years of plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practicesAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsExcellent leadership and organizational skillsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationOSHA certification a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
