Minneolas charm and friendly atmosphere makes this an exceptional destination. This community's appeal continues to grow as exciting new developments are underway near the AdventHealth Minneola campus. AdventHealth Minneola's 80-bed hospital will bring inpatient care to the growing population of South Lake County. Spanning approximately 204,000 square feet, the hospital will include an emergency department; full-service imaging; five operating suites; endoscopy services; outpatient laboratory; heart catheterization labs; critical care and general medical/surgical rooms. We are proud to be delivering clinical solutions for the mind, body and spirit in the Minneola community. **The role youll contribute:** _Responsible for the preventive maintenance, repair, replacement and installation of plumbing fixtures and equipment. Maintains boilers, pumps, water softeners and kitchen equipment. Installs and repairs copper, PVC, poly pipes, cast iron and steel piping. Responsible for knowledge of and compliance with all current codes and requirements. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all._ **The value youll bring to the team:** + Installs and maintains plumbing systems in accordance with local and state codes. + Installs, maintains and repairs toilets, lavatories, scrub sinks, manual and automatic faucets and flush valves. + Thorough knowledge of hot water systems including the operation of boilers, heat exchangers, steam regulators and pressure regulators. + Trouble shoots equipments operation determines cause and makes necessary repairs. + Installs according to blueprints: heat exchanger, water softeners, ice makers and piping for a variety of equipment and systems such as fan coil units. + Repairs and maintains fire sprinkler systems. + Maintain, repair and replace pumps as required to prevent equipment failure. + Performs routine area maintenance and other tasks unrelated to plumbing trade as needed. + Performs other duties as assigned, to include adjusting ones schedule of work if necessary for the continued safety or convenience of our guests and/or staff.
