Learn more at https://skilled.peopleready.com/referral/ . **Responsibilities:** + Hours: Monday - Friday 40hrs + Record start and finish times and provide job-specific comments in mobile system, in accordance with department policy + Perform minor plumbing repairs and installations, including sinks, commodes, valves, and water coolers + Clear clogged drainage systems as needed + Measure, cut, thread, and prepare piping for replacements or new installations + Carry out general maintenance duties to ensure buildings remain in good operating condition + Obtain required materials and supplies from the warehouse to complete assigned tasks + Observe and report unusual or emergency situations to the Manager or Director of Facilities Operations + Recommend improvements to methods and procedures to immediate supervisor + Collaborate with other trades within the Facilities Maintenance Department on repairs and projects + Rotate across various shifts as required by the department schedule **Qualifications:** + Proven experience as a plumber in a facilities or maintenance setting + Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and repair techniques + Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team + Good communication and recordkeeping skills + Flexibility to cover shifts as needed + Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation + Prior experience in the commercial field required TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
