Plumber

We currently have an opportunity for Plumber.  Join our Base and Estate Management team and play a key role in responding to corrective maintenance requirements where you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

 

What You’ll Do (key responsibilities)

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

 

Perform reactive maintenance to the various asset buildings Prioritise and manage workloads to complete tasks efficiently within required deadlines Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with team members and respond effectively to customer needs.

 

What You’ll Bring (experience required)

 

Trade qualified and licenced plumber with a solid background in the commercial environment and facilities maintenance experience would be advantageous.

Be qualified to sign off on statutory requirements such as TMV and Backflows.

Gas license preferred.

Able to communicate effectively, work autonomously and willing to offer support and assistance to other trades and apprentices

Ability to work some overtime/weekend work as required and be on call for emergencies

Currently licenced or willing to complete training for confined spaces, working at height, EWP
