PLM Manufacturing Analyst

In this role, you will work as part of a team that is transforming manufacturing engineering by developing, delivering, and deploying technology and business processes aimed at making the overall system more efficient and contributing to the company’s goals to improve quality and cost. 

The team’s mission is to transform the business to a “3D Factory from the Start” mindset.

You will…

Develop manufacturing engineering problem statements, users stories, and process flows by interfacing with Ford’s global business units Create and deliver training – through video creation, written material and in person Capture user issues and work with IT teams to resolve  Bring global teams together to align common training material, best practices, creation of knowledge bases Work with IT and other teams to conduct User acceptance testing Have an opportunity to broaden your knowledge and skillset in many other areas of manufacturing engineering by working in a team that has significant experience in both manufacturing engineering and technology Prepare management presentations for alignment on people, process, technology Interface with a diverse group of global regions and cultures Operate in stressful situations within timing constraints Work with minimal direct supervision

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (pref Mechanical) Skilled in Siemens Teamcenter(preferably AWC), NX, Simulations, Easy Plan 5 years experience in following areas related to Manufacturing Engineering: BOM Management, Change Management, Configuration Management Bill of Process, Process Sheets, Time Studies Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) Willingness to travel (infrequent but may be required)
