Summary:
Candidates will be responsible for providing application support to users in a production environment. Successful candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in software support, ability to troubleshoot software application issues, and has attention to detail. Experience in Teamcenter Unified is a requirement. Role played by candidates will be to help with production support of a PLM application and help with software application testing.
Description:
• Applies software background to understand and trouble shoot production application issues.
• Create training material and develop best practices.
• Track production issues and pass along to Tools team to mitigate these issues.
• Help with testing and deployment of software applications.
Basic Educational Qualifications:
Candidate should have Bachelors in Computer Science or closely related discipline with at least 2 years of progressive work experience in software development or support.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of a PLM system is a requirement.
Programming skills (preferred) – Java, C sharp, VB, C and SQL
