What You'll Do

As part of the Talent Management Team of AFI (Africa, France, Iberia, and South America), the Platinion Career Development (CD) Assistant is responsible for the career development function operations of all (up to L4) committees  covering 100 consultants across the Africa, France, Iberia, and South America offices. 


Career Committee Preparation

Support the preparation of the annual calendar by coordinating inputs and aligning with key business datesHelp organize Career Committee meeting agendas following established timelinesTrack completion status of dossiers and follow up to ensure all required data points are submitted on timeMonitor timelines and send reminders to help ensure project reviews are completed as scheduledCoordinate the activation of upward and downward evaluation requests for all cohorts, following defined processesRespond to routine questions from consultants and advisors regarding committee logistics (e.g., dates, system access, etc.)Maintain and update contribution tracking records to ensure timely and accurate data entry


Management of Committee Decisions

Track and follow up to ensure Post-Career Development (CD) discussions are scheduled and completed within required timelinesEnter and update committee decisions in the HR information system and relevant dashboards using standard toolsSupport the HR team by preparing basic ad-hoc reports or summaries, using available data and templates


Key Additional Responsibilities

Collaborate with Regional PLA CD network on developing, rolling out, and monitoring new policies, approaches, and points of viewHelp facilitate training sessions for Career Development Advisors (CDA) by using standard materials; support logistics for ongoing training activitiesRespond to routine Workday (HRIS) questions from CT staff and CDAs, escalating more complex issues as needed; act as a go-to contact for system navigation support (Super User)Support CDC onboarding activities for new hires by providing standard materials and guidanceMaintain and update records related to client CVs and CT skills using defined templates and tracking toolsProvide support to the recruitment team by coordinating interview scheduling and assisting with routine recruitment-related tasks, as needed and based on workload

What You'll Bring

Master's Degree (BAC+5) or equivalent requiredPrior experience in Human Resources (internship or apprenticeship)Comfortable with Excel and PPTPerfectly fluent in French and English (writing and speaking)

The CD Assistant is also part of the EMESA CD network, supporting broader initiatives of the regional Talent function.
