Uses electric hoists and manual lifting. + Following prescribed procedures for processing. + Fills baskets, racks, and/or barrels with parts to be processed and lowers material into appropriate tank. + Removes parts when process is completed. + Maintains cleanliness of tanks and work areas. + Monitors temperature of solutions. + Maintains daily production logs. + Physically inspects processing to ensure quality of product. + Is responsible for quality of product produced. **Requirements:** + High school degree or equivalent. + Regularly lift up to 30 pounds. + Must have a basic understanding of chemistry as it applies to the job. + Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, and percent. + Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. + Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
