In this position...
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of software and hardware releases across multiple automotive platforms (e.g., FNV3.x, FNV2/3). This role contributes to centralizing and converging disparate release management processes, helping to ensure timely, quality delivery and establish a unified release cadence in line with the long-term vision.
You'll have...
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in project coordination, technical program management, release management, systems integration, or a similar role within a complex technical environment. Experience driving teams through software and hardware development lifecycles (SDLC, HDLC). Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and ability to identify process inefficiencies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly. Experience with modern software development practices (continuous integration / continuous deployment)Even better, you may have...
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar related technical field. 3+ years working experience in product or feature development on hardware, software, and/or services 3+ years working in a technical capacity or working closely with an engineering team Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines (engineering, product, design, QA, etc.) on high complexity projects throughout the entire product lifecycle Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with vehicle electrical architectures or embedded systems. Familiarity with release management best practices (e.g., CI/CD, DevOps principles). Experience working in an Agile development environment. Understanding of OTA update processes and challenges. Prior experience in process mapping, process improvement, or change management initiatives.

What you'll do...
Assist in documenting, standardizing, and improving existing release management processes across various FNV and U71x platforms to identify gaps and areas for convergence. Track and monitor the progress of software and hardware releases, identifying potential delays, dependencies, or roadblocks, and escalating issues to the Platform & Release Planning Manager. Coordinate and facilitate communication between development teams, testing, and program management to ensure alignment on release content, schedules, and dependencies. Collect and analyze data related to release cadence, quality metrics, and process efficiency, providing insights to support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning. Support the Platform & Release Planning Manager in addressing immediate process gaps and staffing needs within current release management frameworks by taking on specific coordination tasks. Prepare and disseminate regular release status reports, updates, and key performance indicators to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Contribute to the implementation of converged release processes and tools, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and best practices for future single-cadence releases.
