We are now looking for a

Platform Owner, IT/OT Network Security

to lead and develop our network security services for factories, R&D, and other operational sites.

This is a key role where you’ll oversee the entire lifecycle of our IT/OT network security platform. You'll ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of services, working closely with stakeholders from Supply Chain, R&D, Cybersecurity, and IT. You’ll coordinate internal and external experts, bring your technical insight, and apply international security standards like ISO 27001 to drive performance and efficiency. Vendor collaboration and accountability—both in quality and cost—are essential parts of the role.

The position is based in Espoo, Finland, and reports to the Head of Connectivity. We offer a flexible hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

Full ownership (service, technical, and financial) of the Factory and R&D network security platformTechnical leadership for the platform, including segmentation, firewalls, and sensorsCreating and maintaining the platform’s technology and roadmapDay-to-day operational oversight of network security servicesDeveloping secure IT/OT strategies and practicesEnsuring compliance with global security standards and frameworksPromoting security awareness across the organization

What You’ll Need to Succeed

10+ years of experience with enterprise networks and network securityStrong background in firewalls (Palo Alto preferred) and LAN technologiesExperience with network segmentation, SD-WAN, and outsourced service modelsFamiliarity with international standards (ISO 27001, NIST)Conceptual mindset with the ability to define long-term roadmapsStrong collaboration, project management, and problem-solving skillsFluent English communication skills
