Platform Engineer-Pyramid Analytics
**CTG is seeking to fill a Platform Engineer – Pyramid Analytics opening for our client in New York, NY.** **Location:** New York, NY **Duration:** 6 months **Duties:** + Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure for Pyramid Analytics Business Intelligence platforms. + Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline and enhance the software development lifecycle (SDLC). + Automate deployment pipelines and manage CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps tools. + Develop and manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep. + Configure and support Azure services including App Services, AKS, Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Storage. + Implement and maintain containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes. + Monitor and optimize platform performance, security, and reliability. + Support and enhance DevOps practices within BI applications and the LINKS environment. **Skills:** + In-depth knowledge of Pyramid Analytics Business Intelligence platform. + Proficient with Azure DevOps tools (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Boards). + Strong understanding of Azure services (App Services, AKS, Functions, Logic Apps, Storage). + Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools: Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep. + Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python. + Solid experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). + Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and branching strategies. + Familiarity with DevOps best practices within BI and data platforms. **Experience:** + Minimum 5 years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps roles. + Demonstrated experience managing BI infrastructure, particularly Pyramid Analytics. + Proven track record of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure environments. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
