We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Platform Administrator & PowerApps Support to join our Digital Workplace team. This role is primarily focused on platform administration (approximately 70%) with a secondary focus on supporting and learning PowerApps development (approximately 30%). The ideal candidate will have experience managing CMS platforms such as Optimizely, Sitecore, or Umbraco, and a strong foundation in web technologies. Main Responsibilities:
Platform Administration (Primary Focus):
Maintain, upgrade, and configure digital platforms (e.g., Optimizely).
Manage onboarding, support, training, and offboarding of application users.
Monitor platform usage, security, and performance; generate regular reports.
Run data queries and support data integrity efforts.
PowerApps Support (Secondary Focus):
Assist in the development and maintenance of PowerApps applications.
Support Power Automate workflows and integrations.
Learn and apply best practices in Power Platform development.
Troubleshoot and provide support for existing PowerApps solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Test and evaluate new platform features or tools.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for platform configurations and processes.
Ensure operational practicality and platform reliability.
Key Requirements:
3 years of experience as a Platform Administrator.
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like Optimizely, Sitecore, or Umbraco in a development and/or admin role (Mandatory).
Required technical skills: GIT, .NET, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, REST APIs, HTML/CSS, SQL
