About the Role:
We at Pertemps Wolverhampton are currently seeking an experienced plastic moulder to join our Clients in the Wolverhampton area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in a range of plastic forming techniques and a strong background in working with heated forming processes.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery for Line Bending, ensuring precision bends along heated strips

Conduct Sheet Heating to form materials using multiple heated strips

Perform Dome Blowing techniques using heat and air pressure to form complex domes

Carry out Vacuum Forming using heated plastic sheets and moulds with negative air pressure

Apply Drape Forming processes, shaping materials using gravity and heat over moulds

Interpret technical drawings and specifications

Perform quality checks and maintain high standards of finish

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

 

 

Requirements:

Proven experience in plastic moulding and forming processes

Skilled in operating relevant machinery and tools

Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills
