Start your new career as a General Production Associate with MAU at Tosca in Newnan, GA. As a General Production Associate, you will play a key role in the frontline processing of reusable plastic containers, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
What We Offer: Competitive pay starting at $16/hr, with a $1 raise upon full-time hire Consistent 10–12 hour shifts Temp-to-hire opportunity What We’re Looking For: Experience operating automated machinery (touchscreens and switch panels) Understanding of safety procedures such as Lockout/Tag-out and chemical handling Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as needed Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Compliance with company rules, safety policies, and GMP standards What You’ll Do as a General Production Associate: Load reusable plastic containers (RPCs) onto the production line for sanitation Inspect RPCs for quality and remove contaminants or damaged items before processing Monitor processing lines and adjust throughput as needed Unload sanitized containers and inspect them for quality standards Sort and stack containers by size and type after sanitation Repair damaged RPCs as necessary Inspect supplies and materials used in processing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the production area Identify and report any safety concerns or hazards Perform additional tasks and assignments as required in the plant
