Plant Vehicle Team (PVT) Ford Champ are part of Ford Motor Company’s North American Engineering organization and are co-located in the Vehicle Assembly Plant with the vehicle production team. The PVT Champ supports PVT Engineer as the 'first line of defense' regarding Functional system quality for the products produced at the assembly plant, supporting quality and manufacturing issues follow up and analysis. **What you'll do:** 1. Launch - **Support** Preproduction meetings and supporting on AIMs follow up. 2. TVM **support** (ECN, trials, issue clean up) 3. Plant issues – **support,** process walk support 4. **Lead** GSAR Warranty binning and analysis (contact dealers, interface w FCSD), part return reviews (FAP02-053 7.1.7.2) 5. **Assist** QNPS/GQRS and JDP binning when requested. Dealer re contact and claims follow up. 6. **Support** Plant FTT improvements.
