What you'll do…
+ Oversee the compliance to plant constraints against the manufacturing schedule; create escalation process with cross-functional department leads.
+ Use real-time data to create and communicate Stamping productions schedules; requires database and document datamining to ensure strategies minimize department controllable downtime and inventory float levels against post stamping processes.
+ Work with supply-chain and material flow team to analyze future scheduling strategies that best support manufacturing schedule-to-actual capacities.
+ Oversee the flow of vehicles from ASRS (in-process) staging between the Paint and Final Assembly processes. Identified and communicate all deviations to plant and floor leadership to ensure risk avoidance.
+ Be the single point of contact for all questions, concerns, continuous improvement topics, specific to the positions Roles and Responsibilities.
You'll have…
+ Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain preferred)
+ Proficient in computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
+ 1 or more years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
+ Ability to demonstrate leadership behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, team building, and communication skills
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required

+ Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)
+ WERS experience preferred
+ Experience in Bill of Material Management preferred
+ Detailed analytical skills a must
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
+ Strong ability to interface with plant hourly and salaried personnel, 3rd party providers, and production suppliers
+ Proficient in computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
+ Strong CMMS experience preferred
+ Strong problem-solving skills, including 8Ds, FMEAs. And DMAICs (Black Belt)
